We have really enjoyed reading a range of books about the ocean this half term! We loved learning about a range of sea creatures and engaging in the continuous provision to enhance our learning.

 Visitors

 We had some special visitors this week! We loved exploring the fire engine and police car and getting the chance to sit in them. It was so much fun!

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

 Acorns class have loved reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We have had so much fun engaging in a wide range of Hungry Caterpillar activities to enhance our learning! 

What the Ladybird Heard
We have all really enjoyed learning about a range of minibeasts and farm animals while reading What the Ladybird Heard. We had fun engaging with our continuous provision to extend our learning. 

Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs 

We have loved learning all about dinosaurs and engaging ourselves in a range of dinosaur themed activities to enhance our learning. 

Whatever Next

 We have enjoyed reading Whatever Next and learning all about space. We have engaged in a range of learning activities about Space and we loved using our role play area to re-enact the story. 

We loved reading The Tiger Who Came To Tea and doing a range of related activities to enhance our learning!
