World Book Day
NSPCC Maths Funday
In our gymnastic lesson today we learnt about handstands.
We had lots of fun in our Computing lesson finding out all about QR Codes .
In our gymnastic lesson today we learnt how to do different types of rolls .
St Francis De Sales Feast Day
We celebrated our Feast Day with a whole school assembly by zoom .We sang songs ,drew pictures and did readings.We then dropped everything and read our favourite books.
We enjoyed juice and biscuits .
We did a book review of one of our top ten books “Little Red And The Very Hungry Lion”
We all received a book as a gift from St Francis De Sales .
We had lots of fun at forest school.We made bird feeders using apples,seeds and string.We enjoyed digging and making dens .
We filled our Mr Potato head and got to choose a reward .We chose a toy afternoon and enjoyed sharing our toys with each other .
We had lots of fun learning about schools in Victorian times.We learnt about the old school rules and the toys they played with and about the way people lived.We used chalk and chalkboards and we even had Victorian names!
Father Christmas visit
We had a special visit from Father Christmas,Rudolph and the elf today .We hope you all have a Happy Christmas .

Christmas Party Day
We had lots of fun today dancing,singing,playing party games and eating party food.
We filled our Mr Potato head so our class got to have a reward .We chose a teddy bears picnic .We enjoyed cakes,biscuits crisps and some sweets.Let’s see how quick we can fill Mr Potato head again and get another reward !
This term our topic is gymnastics .We are learning all about balancing.We have learnt it is important to warm up before we start and do our stretches.
Children In Need
We had lots of fun making Pudsey Bear masks and decorating biscuits with icing .We raised over £300 for Children in Need x
Lest we Forget
We remembered all the fallen soldiers and the significance of a poppy.We showed our respect by doing a 2 minutes silence and discussed the importance of world war .We enjoyed making our own poppies.
We enjoyed our time in forest school.We did lots of digging,made leaf crowns ,built dens and made friendship bracelets .We can’t wait for our next session!
Wheelie Fun Day
We were able to bring our bikes ,scooters and prams to school as we got 100% attendance for 2 weeks .
