The Daily Mile

The school is now taking part in the Daily Mile. The children will spend 15 minutes each day, averaging a mile a day, walking and jogging around the playground. The benefits of the Daily Mile are:

  • Children run outside in the fresh air- and the weather is a benefit, not a barrier.
  • Children run in their uniforms so no kit changing time is needed.
  • It's social, non-competitive and fun
  • It's fully inclusive; every child, whatever their circumstances, age or ability, succeeds at the Daily Mile

Operation Christmas Child

Thank you to everyone who brought in a box for Operation Christmas Child, we managed to collect 100 shoe boxes. Those boxes have now been collected and will be delivered to children around the world who will not be receiving presents at Christmas.

Advent Services

Many thanks to everyone who came to our Advent Services last week. They were all very special and a prayerful start to this very important season before Christmas. It was also lovely to chat to parents at our coffee mornings too!. The coffee mornings, raffle and children's own clothes raised £377.52 for Nepal.
